Ok, spoke with a nice chap named Daniel...says they didn't decide to put the feature in until the last minute, after hearing the positive response from fans about it. Danny boy says the developers are working out a way to implement the feature, which will most likely come in the form of a download from the R* site. He said to keep checking the R* site, or call back to get updates...but that it shouldn't be very long. So that's it, we finally have an answer. Now we know that anyone claiming to have accessed the Custom Soundtrack feature is full of it.
