Rep Power: 0 | What in the world does this have to do with the hacks, mods, and tech jargon ?
Rule #1, if it seems to good to be true, it probably is. |

Rep Power: 0 | IDK if I'd buy a PSP off ebay. There are too many out there that might be bad or defective in some way. If you're gonna spend the money on it, but a used one from Gamestop or somewhere you can test it before you buy it. Although IDK their return policy on hardware.
And yes, if the price is too good to be true, you can bet on getting a bad one. |

Rep Power: 0 | i bought mine off of ebay but that was a while ago and it was 250 so i guess if the price is below $200 then read the whole page really carfully to make sure if they state that something is wrong with it. If they dotn and something is wrong with it then u can file a complaint with ebay after u get it |

Rep Power: 0 | Check the "read feedback comments" tells you how
the seller's status with the buyers.
Read EVERY detail written on the ad.
Check for Shipping/Handling fees. (ie sells for .99 cents s/h for $50.00)
Try to bid on US soil, you cant do anything if its outside the country.
Payment methods: preferrably PAYPAL, you'll have Purchase Protection, Dispute Resolution and E-mail receipt.
I've been bidding on Ebay from time to time, It's alright, as long as your not dumb enough to bid on something stupidly obvious then youll do fine. |

Rep Power: 0 | when i use eBay i simply just try to buy from people with hundreds or even better thousands of positive feedback, these "powersellers" are generally pretty trustworthy |
