i think i can say what they are just not how to get them(is im wrong adim can you deleted this).

an iso is a image file of a cd, or in this case a umd. it is achieve my ripping (coping) the game of the umd and onto a memory card. i think that about it.

it isn't ALWAYS illegal, it's just illegal when you're talking about image files of copyrighted material.

IE: you could take an image file of a freeware CD (Such as Linux) and it would be legal.

But ISO talk concerning the PSP is ILLEGAL.

very good explination. thats exactly what i was going to say. there are many many ISO sites out there where you can get an iso image of say knoppix or some other flavor of linux and it's completly legal. and talking about an ISO i don't think is illegal but distributing PSP ISO's or saying where to get them etc... a no no
