A lot of people dont know how to host an image to put into their signature and if there is a thread already like this just delete it.
OK this is how its done. People use different image hosters and i personally use ImageShack.
1. Go

2. Make sure you know the location of the image and click "Browse..."
3. Find your image and double click it, the link to your image should appear in the box next to browse.
4. Click "host it!" and wait a couple of seconds for it to host.
5. Depending on the size of your image it will show different results but no matter what look for the one that says "Hotlink for forums (1)" You should see a bunch of text in that box to the left of it but you only need a little chunk. All you need highlighted is the [IMG]...[/IMG],not the [URL] portion. So click and drag your mouse so that youve selected only that then copy it.
6. Paste it wherever you may like and thats about it!
NOTES
-After hosting your image, that pic will have nothing to do with your computer anymore (ie It wont be hosting off of it) so feel free to delete it or move it as you like.
-Imageshack offers a convieniant resizer for all images. This can be useful for those quick jobs. Select the size on the front page under Browse and mark offf the little check box.
-If youd like a thumbnail linking back to the site, look for the "Thumbnail for Forums (10" text box and copy and paste ALL of that.
