Rep Power: 0 | Not to make excuses, but that penalty given to Ghana was something a rec league official wouldnt have called. That was one of the dumbest calls I've ever seen. That being said, the US hasnt been playing worth a crap.
If they can take the last 15mins and score two goals.. awesome. If not, well, they don't have anyone to blame for not scoring goals. | |

Rep Power: 0 | Yeh the "foul" that the penalty was awarded for, wasnt really a foul, just a well-placed fall from the Ghana player.
What do we reckon about England V Ecuador??

Rep Power: 0 | I don't see them as lazy, but they've just played poorly. This is remeniscent of the 1998 WC where we finished dead last. So, England is who I'm pulling for after todays match lol. | |

Rep Power: 0 | Ghana deserve it ? No. Did they make it ? Yes. Again, by no means am I making excuses for the USA. Ghana are really good actors. Period. I watched them play the refs till the end. If the refs would have been giving cards for dives, which they should have been, then Ghana wouldnt have half their players left. It's rediculous to see a team act like that. Give them credit again Czech Rep. though... Brazil will pick them apart, as they would have done to the US hehe..
Does the USA deserve to be in the next round ? Hell no. The played like crap. Calls were bad, but that doesnt excuse them for only scoring ONE goal in three games. Pathetic.
