RockRidgeSound Japan has released its VRX-02 PSP Video Encoder. It takes any video and encodes it to the PSP Mp4 format and then puts it directly on the Memory Stick Pro Duo Cards. It also has 2 encoding options: 320x240 and 210x145, both at 15fps (frames per second).

Keep in mind however 15fps is relatively slow, especially for fast paced action movies. Otherwise this looks like a great device and could really speed up conversion times and stop the annoyance of using all those programs.

While thats a great idea, not sure If I would pay for a stand alone machine to do it. Also how can they only do it at 15fps ? That kills most live action unless they figured out a way to do good quality at 15fps.
