Connection error 'The connection to the access point timed out'
I have an original PSP-1000, and I am trying to connect to my wireless router.

I have the WLAN switch on, I know my security password, and I am sat right next to my computer, so I know I am within range of my router.

I have created the connection, entered the correct security key etc.. when I select test connection it tries to connect for a while, and then comes up with the message:
A connection error has occurred.
The connection to the access point timed out.

Help! D:
