I recentley got a PSP 2000 slim and lite,and erm once i set it all up and downloaded the new firmware update the START button wont work,so i have about 8 games all asking me to press START,but it doesn't respond,the SELECT button next to it is fine,i spoke to Sony C-Care over the phone,they told me to backup all my data on the PSP,Go to settings Restore the original firmware i.e. system defualt settings and remove the battery.Then charge for 2hrs and 45 min and this may solve this problem..I wanna know has anyone else had this happen..And if they have how have they sorted the problems out...
