| installing new games corrupt the old ones
I recently bought a psp 3000 and am constantly having this problem, and haven't seen anything on this specifically. My firmware is up to date as well as my media go and im doing this 100% legal, but whenever i put a new game on its corrupting the rest of my games. i bought tetris, the ps1 metal gear solid and the first god of war for psp. i download and install tetris from the playstation store directly on the device, and directly after i finish installing i will go to metal gear solid and it will tell me the copywrite information is invalid (and it was working before installing tetris too). it also corrupted all the same info for god of war, so every every time i start the game it says that the profile cant be loaded and that the save games are corrupt. i format the memory stick and start fresh, but each time after installing one of the games it corrupts one of the others in a variety of different ways. sometimes the system sends a message about the corrupted file, sometimes the game shows the PSP/minis logo at the start of the game and then it goes black. ive tried transferring from media go as well. anybody got any ideas on this? |
