Ok, I know some of you think "Wow, what a complete noob", but this is the "n00b Central" if i'm not mistaken. :wink: Anyways, I would like to know what does it mean when people say "Don't brick your psp" or "something similar. What is it?

Another question: Now, yesterday I was cleaning my psp with windex to clean the screen, and after that I noticed that the bottom buttons; Home, Vol (- & +), the screen backlight or contrast, the music note, select and start buttons aren't working. Is it possible that the liquid must of sneak in there? I'm very worried and I don't know what to do. I can't even use my internet anymore, it won't let me. What did I do this.

When you Brick your PSP it is basically broken, it powers up but nothing happens. As for your broken buttons try resetting the system settings?

There was this trojan released that deleted some of your PSP's critical files. Once you ran it, your PSP was useless. The term "bricked PSP" means your PSP is about as usefull as a brick.

Thanks guys. But what should I do with my buttons and my internet? I use the internet the most out of my psp.
