as long as you bring the game to them, its all good. there shouldnt be a problem whatsoever.

yeah it is their fault, its their job to make sure the game was in the case, not yours. Its not like they can call you and be like "you forgot to give us the game" because its like saying "we lost the game" because they can't prove you forgot to give it to them.
