Just update to 2.0 and when your done downgrade back to 1.5, the downgrader can be found in the hacks/mods section. PSPF's hosted downgrader is real and safe

A) Type all caps
B) Trash homebrew.

Facts you got wrong:
Most homebrew DOES work on 2.0 now.
Games do run on 1.5, just not GTA and this one.
This is not the millionth time, this is the first question about Pursuit Force.
