Hello gang, I've got a PSP Fat and Slim, so I'm not new to the scene, however, I just got a second hand PSP GO yesterday, and I am totally new to the GO homebrew scene. I've spent the better part of the morning trying to see how to get into the VHS menu to make sure that the CPU is running at 333HZ because some of the emulators seem to be lagging, but I can't do it for the life of me!!!! The guy I bought it from said it was hard modded and I will never have to touch it again. When I fire the console up, there is an Icon that says "660 Pro B Fast Recovery" in the main menu, so that's the CFW the console has I imagine. Can anyone tell me how and if it's possible to enter the VHS menu to see and change the CPU speed. I also wanted to try one of the brightness plugins I have on my slim to see if it will work for the GO, and to do that I need to enter the VHS menu also. I would appreciate any help that you foks can give me on this, because at this point I'm just running around in circles, lol. Thanks in advance, H.G.
Well, if your GO has cfw, all you have to do is press the "select" button.
I guess just make sure to start the 6.60 fast recovery then press select.
or, i guess, when you start the fast recovery try pressing L & R and see if that helps.
Thank you very much RoXante!!! It worked like a charm!!! Like I said, I'm new to the GO, so I think the problem was that I was just turning it on and hitting select without starting the 6.60 fast recovery first. I went back and started the 6.60 first then select and now I'm in the VHS menu. The CPU clock speed was set at default, which I don't know what value is, so I just changed it to 333. Thanks again, H.G.
