Rep Power: 0 | Downloaded games on PSP played from memory card?? Since the Game menu has a selection for memory cards... Is there a format of programs able to run off the memory card? Of course this would be a huge deal, it could open psp's up to viruses, but also hacked games, and just third party games or games created by amature coders and stuff. I'd love to have tetris, pacman, tiny applet like games on my psp! Anyone have any info or links, they'd be much appreciated. |

But that would mean there is a supported file type, and if someone simply builds a program to compile to that type of file... We should be in business.
The real beauty of it though, is the psp wouldnt be able to tell the difference between a game and an app. So a browser, instant mesasnger, what have you, would not be far off at all if there was a way to get h.b's on the memory card. |

Trillian has a plugin called "Trillian Anywhere" that creates a small java applet, and hosts it on your home computer that lets you IM basicly by remote control of your pc, and it just runs of a webpage. I haven't bothered buyin wipeout yet, does it support java? That's the only thing that would be holding me back. |

Rep Power: 0 | 1. Supposedly no java on the WipeOut browser, I couldn't get anything and neither could a few other peeps.
2. There is no kind of instant messenger on the PSP, unless you figure something out in the wipeout browser. |
