Make sure to put that eboot file here PSP/GAME/UPDATE<-----
You will have to make the UPDATE folder.
Then get 6.39 pro-b9 here

Move the cipl flasher to your GAME folder. Ignore the fast recovery folder.
When your firmware is 6.39, run the cipl flasher, then press "x". You will be sent back to your xmb.
Done. Now you have 6.39 Pro. If you need plugins, well ask me by using the link in my sig.
