Things needed:
Whatever ps1 game THAT YOU OWN that you would like to have on you psp
The program cdrwin
CDRWIN DOWNLOAD
Zinga Burga's popstation
POPSTATION
Run the CDRWIN Program and go to extract disc (the program is a little confusing because the buttons arent label but just click until one opens a window that says Extract Disc)
Name it and start the extraction
Next it will place the file on your desktop
Then open zinga's popstation click browse and open the file you just put on your desktop.
Choose where you want the file to be and customize if you wish then hit start
It will probably take a while and when its done put the eboot and keys file (it may not have a keys file because the popstation simplified it so you dont have to have it) in the GAME folder not GAME150 because the emulator that runs the game is embedded into the firmware sony created.
