A PSP analogue stick. I made one LOL.
okay so i took apart one of my ps2 controllers so that i could bastardize it. well I ended up taking the analogue stick of the controller and after a bit of trimming it now serves as the stick on my psp! YEAH! WHOA real easier to use analogue. Go to it Folks, you'll learn that I will have many great ideas for my psp. here is a couple of pics

its very responsive, all you gotta do is shave some plastic offa the shaft. a pic is worth a thousand people talking.
