I was just wondering if people would update if 2.0 was cracked

Probably. But im not sure if/when theyll be able to crack 2.0, as i know nothing about the 2.0 firmware. Im not using the japanese 2.0, because there has to be some reason that sony isnt releasing it to the US for another week...

Yeah, because they always use japan as their so-called "beta testers". Basically they just want to work some bugs out before the US release. I've upgraded and mine works fine. Also, they probably put the warning about not upgrading your US PSP to 2.0 because US support lines wouldn't have any clue of how to help those who have updated and are having problems.

US trade laws and their total wuss-ness cause delays. Thats why you dont get 2.0 till next week.

As for updating I would wait for a couple of legit Homebrews. isos were released and worked. There is that Windows skin for browsing but Id want to be sure.
