| That actually isn't new; I remember seeing a few of those posters in Akihabara last fall (there were 3 or 4 in total), which makes sense considering the date stamped on that first picture you linked is September 16, 2004.
The phone advertised is the FOMA P900iV (runs on the Docomo network), made by Panasonic if I remember right. Also, (sort-of-related), one of the gimmicks of the phone was that Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest were released for it as Java apps. (I believe FF was pre-installed with that particular model).
