I've put transformers the Movie on there. 225 Mb.
I put Pirates of the Caribbean on last night. 477Mb. I uped the bitrate on Pirates though. Looks sweet now.

I picked up the 512 mb stick that's on sale this week at Best Buy but I haven't opened it. I can't decide if I should wait for the 1 gig stick to drop in price. Is it possible to get a decent quality of feature length movie on a 512 mb stick?

Honestly depends on the bitrate and the length of the movie. I got a very good quality Transformers the movie down to 225 MB. This was a 300 bitrate and it's animation for an hour and a half. My live action video at 300 bitrate didn't look so good. Good but not great. The Pirates of the Caribbean I did looks great though. It was done at 400 bitrate for roughly 2 and a half hours. It's 477 Mb though which will not fit on a formatted 512 stick. Hope this helps you some.

I put old school on my 512 card. I ran it through DVD Shrink at 55% size. Then I sent that .VOB file through PSPVideo9 at 15 fps with the highest stereo setting. It ended up being 214 MB. The sound is great and the picture isn't that bad IMO (I'm not a big video/audiophile. I just like a decent picture). However, old school is ok at 15 fps since it doesn't have that much action. A movie like The Matrix would be ok, but pixelate horribly at that speed during all of the action scenes.
