I don't know. How would I be able to know if an .MP4 MPEG4 file on my PC is an MPEG4-SP file or not?

There are two types of mp4 files the psp can play. AVC and SP, when you say MP4-SP i assume you mean a MP4 in a SP format. A good way to tell if its AVC or SP is that SP can play on a pc and AVC cant, unless youve downloaded a special program to do that.
