torrent psp forum

Hello,
I'm getting my psp in less than two weeks... and not to get off topic but here are my plans.. both relating and not relating to the PSP...

A few friends and I are making a site for the gaming and anime community of all genres etc etc. We are just about to open it and will within the month hopefully... we were tempted to get a dedicated server (found one for $30/mo!!!).. but isntead a friend of mine has offered free hosting (of course a little ad) on his dedicated box. This would save me about $360/year, but I still want a dedicated box. The point in saying this is that before the gaming idea and after, I had thought of creating a torrent community as well.

I actually looked into gettign a uniqly coded torrent program and such and its a bit too expensive for gambling with to see if users actualyl come (althgout hit had a scraper and tracker and very nice everything,, its on hold til I decide to tell him to finish it)... plus I'm learning php in class next fall (FINALLY). For now I would get a free version of a torrent tracker/backend and it would be public to boost the visitors. Furthermore, I have a few people that are willing to seed to jump-start the downloading process. Of course everyone knows its illegal for certain things to be shared.

The last and final point (didnt really have to read anything above this,, lots of letters!)... I am definatly going to create a torrent community but when is the problem. Now or in August?

WHAT I WOULD OFFER would be pre-formatted media for the PSP. Initially I want to focuse on Anime. We will seed alot of anime preformatted AND origional.

WOULD YOU be intersted in joining/helping out? I've heard of a few PSP sites/communities simular to the one I'm hoping for, but we need more places for PSP related stuff as popularity rises. I need a boost of confidence that people would help out...

I posted this in the video becuase I figured people most interested in video and such would see this which IS related to video sicne that is goign to be what I want to share. If not i guess this would go over Off-Topic. Sorry if I put it wrong place

Okay, cool, cant wait till its up! Make sure you worked out all the bugs before you give the address to all of us. No beta versions and such.

i would help out, maybe seed or do whatever i can do if it wasnt anime. not an anime fan. sorry.
