Right then, might as well start a list which i'll update as we go along..I'll start with a few, and add comments to the side, if anyone else adds a link, please write a little something about it, such as range of anime/manga etc. Also say which section it belongs too..
Normal downloading sites (no other programs required) luminpro.com/animepsp - boasts 29 series - including bleach - not very good site overall
gomanga - 4 series of manga, preformatted
otakulive.com - Anime, manga and osts! Run by our very own essential, this site requires you to gain tickets to be able to download - very good site!
keiichianimeforever.com - tonnes of osts from anime. A bit of advice, you can switch to the 100k download by looking at their FAQ section, this'll increase speeds once you get a slot. Very good once a slot becomes free.
Torrent sites (program needed, check further for program required) - proberbly the best torrent program i've used
BoxTorrents.com - boasts [insert a very large number here] series, osts, etc. - very good torrent site
Isohunt - good amount of anime, if you can find it, however very good for films.
mine.nu - has 41 Naruto anime
A hell load of links to other anime torrent sites - warning though, some sites are offline
Animesuki.com - vast amounts of series worth of anime, however, some series aren't complete e.g. bleach
torrentreactor - a lot of anime torrents to download, often good seeders around
downloadanime.org - Anime .avi files. These can be converted with sony's image converter to roughly a 3rd of the size, and fit nicely on your psp! - seems to be single anime, rather than a whole series
animelab.com - 2656 files, if you can find a seeder, very good indeed, remember I said if - many Anime, some manga can be found on the site.
animezen.com - Chobits, Dragon Bull Z, Tecknoman and Trigun have a few missing, good to get your anime collection started, also contains other anime, however around 3-4 episodes, nowhere near being full.
bleachportal.net - for all those bleach fans, 29 episodes to download and watch over and over - very good for bleach information, as its a bleach website, lol
baka-updates.com - This site doesn't take after its name "baka" meaning silly/stupid and various other words. Find the anime you like, then click on it, once the page has progessed, check to see whether you need IRC or the website. If its the website, click the sign in the BT column on the right hand side. As for IRC, I'll add a link at the bottom.
Torrent programs! Bitcomet - proberbly the best torrent program available!
bittorrent - slow download speeds, I wouldn't recommend unless desperate
Azureus - quite good Java client, of course you need java installed...
Bit tornado - Highly recommended by peloquin - "works great for me"
IRC clients MIRC - IRC client - This is the program I use, once I've sorted everything out, i'll set about writing how to use it to download, if you go ahead with it, don't blame me if you can't get it to work.
Anime guides for psp DigitalMafia's manga --> psp guide - very useful!
Defenders guide for dvd --> psp - very useful for those anime dvds you have at home
