Wireless Internet- Help! - PSP Forum

Can someone please help me with setting wireless internet, i have the latest version of the firmware, my signal strength is 100% and i put all the settings (IP & DNS) on automatic but everytime i try to connect to a homepage it says DNS error has occured (80410410). It works fine on wiepout pure browser which had the same settings but took me immediately to the right page and i could download and everything, Please help!

Make a whole ewn conection, set it all on eays. And do not enetr an ip or anything.

I dont think making a new connection works i did the same on mine cos mines broken and it still doesnt work

mine was like that for 3 days and i had a topic called "Help with Infrastructure again" it kept saying DNS error has occured (80410410). but yesterday it was fine so today i took down my topic. My advice, give it some time it may just be that it's having problems with your router or something to do with ur wireless internet connection. I wouldn't be very worried until it doesn't work for a week then i'd look into going back to where u purchased it of contacting Sony. Good luck on your connection and i hope it works sometime soon

Thanks but it has been about 2 months and nothing has changed, cant send it back as i imported it, but i tried with a friends PSP and it had the same error as yuors and mine so i think it is something wrong with the router, any ideas on "fixing" the wireless router

hmm i fiddled around with mine and tried scanning different connection. try that for awhile and see if u can get it too work if not im sorry but i can't think of anything else i did that maybe have made mine work.
