It does not matter what firmware you have, you can fix it with a pandora battery as long as its not a slim with a TA-088 v3 motherboard or any 3000 unit you can fix it with any pandora battery. Your friend failed epically by getting a psp go. You can either open the battery up and try to mod it yourself or you can buy one from dealextreme.com for $5 which I would recommend because they only cost $5 and its nice to always have one around to know that you can fix any future problems you may have should you fuck something up in the future. Just so you know (you said you are new) a mms is just any memory stick pro duo that is compatible with a psp and can easily be made yourself for free using a pc and a program called pspgrader. Im telling you this because if you dont have a memstick already, some people may try to rip you off by charging you more for a memory stick that is advertised as a pre-made "magic" stick when in reality there is nothing special or magic about it. It doesnt matter how new you are, pspgrader is simple to use for that purpose and is free so dont fuck yourself over. |
