Rep Power: 0 | There have been a LOT of "how to connect" threads. Have you even looked at any of them ?
You need to install your router, obviously. Then go into your routers' config and enable the wireless option. Do this by typing 192.168.0.1 into your web browser on your PC. The username and password are deafaulted to admin/admin. Click the wireless tab, and click "enable wireless".
Next, turn your PSP on. Turn your WLAN switch on. Make sure you have WLAN power save turned OFF in your Power Settings. Next scroll all the way to the left in your XMB (psp desktop basically). Then scroll all the way day to Network Settings. Press "X". Next choose Infrastructure Mode. Next, choose -New Connection-, press "X". Next, you'll be asked to name the connection. Press "X" to name it, or press the D-Pad RIGHT to move on. The next screen you'll see will be for the WLAN Settings. Press the D-Pad down twice to highlight Scan. The PSP will scan for any signals that are in reach. After that, choose your wireless connection. If you have a WEP key, you'll need to enter it as well. You'll find that in your wireless security option in the router config. In the next screen "Address Settings", you'll want to use Easy, then press RIGHT again. Then you'll review the details of what you've set up thus far. Press RIGHT again. Then you'll be asked to press "X" to save your settings. After the save is complete, you can test your connection on the next screen by simply pressing "X".
Hopefully that will help you get up and running. |

Rep Power: 0 | Make sure you have the WLAN power save option turned off. Do you have the proper key entered ? |
