Good day!

I have a PSP 1003. There are some problems I am experiencing right now. First is the power. Whenever I turn on the PSP, it automatically shutoff, and sometimes, it automatically turns on. Furthermore, everytime or sometime I turn it on, the SonyComputer Entertainment title appears, and sometime doesn't. What could be the problem of it? Software? I try removing the battery and directly connect it to its charger, but the same scenario appears. But sometimes, it starts good meaning the psp doesn't automatically shut off. The second problem would be, the arrows keys don't function. All the arrowkeys. That is why I am stuck with the tab for Games. I cant move left to right or vice versa. Could it be a software problem too? Or a hardware? Thank you. Sorry because I am not familiar with PSP.

first take your memory card out and then take the battery out for 30 mins but you will have to reset the time date and every thing again and if that dont work make sure its charged

I've done that. And the hard reset. But then, nothing happened.
