i have dis assembled about 25% percent (got up to taking of the motherbaord plate) to get out a memory card which was stuck inside, unfortunatly while i was doing this, i decided to goof off for some reason and pry open the analog stick

took me a while, but i put it back together, i'm pretty sure its fine because the stuck returns to the middle and everything

but when i screwed it all together, and when i go to the internet browser, the mouse cursor stays in the top left corner, you have to press IN the analog stick and THAN move it around, only than does the cursor move, and even than it doesnt move in some directions and kinda does its own thing

what am i doing wrong? is the faceplate not screwed on properly? or is there a problem with the analog stick?

It must be the way you screwed it back on. Have you taken it back apart and cleaned it?

yea i'v taken it apart many times to see what the problem is, when i screw it back on, i tried to screw it on fully tight, but when i ran the internet browser, the select key would automatically be pressed for some reason (probly cuz i tightened it too much) and when i would losen it, the problem with the analog stick would return
