seplugins for psp 6.60

I have the Phat psp (1001) and CFW 5.00 w33-6 I wanna know how exactly do I put plugins on the psp and for it to actually show up in the recovery mode when i go the plugins menu. I tried before I put the seplugins folder in the root of the psp and so on then i go to recovery mode and scroll to plugin and nothing is there, whats wrong and exactly how do i do this?

ummm you know you could just update you psp to 6.60 and get a fresh seplugins folder and everything! PSP 6.60 HACK! Custom Firmware 6.60 PRO-B9 release/ [PSP GO] include - YouTube I mean it would help or you can try making a new seplugins folder in the root of the psp but when i tried it it did not work and make sure you didn't do that thing with the memory stick where you can turn a 1gb to a 2gb that will mess you up!!
