Thinking of getting the PSP 3k - PSP Forum

Well, I do not have a PSP and I want one.

I have thoroughly looked over my options and they are:
2K PSP
3K PSP

I know their main drawbacks well enough, the 2K has ghosting problems (minor to some, and not to some others) and the 3K's scan line problem.

I looked over the pictures only to find that I am fond of the 3K and its wider color range and sharpness, but I am debating whether or not to go with the 2K. So, I need your guys' opinions, are the scanline problems minor or do they really distract you from the game? Or is the ghosting problem in the 2K distracting and you find the 3K better?

(Side Note: I don't give a rats ass about homebrew and CFW, no offense)

The cfw thing is your choice but one of the many reasons to get psp , well id say since you dont care about cfw to get the 3k.

Well, from what I have read, both the new 3K and the latest versions of the 2K come with an new encryption and other anti hacking stuff. While Datel has cracked the 3K PSP with the Light Blue Tool battery, there is no CFW available for it until more is known about the PSP's innards. I will go with the 3K probably, screen is amazing (other than scanlines, even then only slightly noticeable).

The Datel Lite Blue battery has that come out yet? Ive read about it but most people never like posting their links and i mean a link tht refers to tht company(Datel).
