You can download this great offline XP portal here. It's based off winpsportal. :lol:  http://pspwxp.co.nr/ (in the downloads section on the left navbar)
It comes with loads of games, applications and also comes in a vista theme. There is an installer and instructions on the website. :P

Rep Power: 0 | It's a lie. It merly a set of webpages you open in your browser of your PSP to look like windows XP, with a small set of Java based apps. It's a windows look-a-like.
Think of it as a webpage with links, that has the interface of windowsxp. | |
