COST:
1k Per ticket for a lightly used Midnight Club 3 UMD
400 for a ticket in a seperate raffle for lightly used Pirates of the Caribbean (Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom, Keira Knightley) AND xXx (Vin Diesel), Both on UMD.

SHIPPING: As of 1.5.06, shipping decisions are up in the air. I probably will pay shipping within the continental US, and you will, if you are outside it. Sorry. More to come.

In order for the raffle to work, I need to have the everyone who bought a ticket agree to send me a blank envelope, stuffed with something that would make it seem as if money were in it. I stuff it with MY money when it arrives, and show it to my dad. I send off the prize, and ZERO money trades hands. In order:
1. Person wins
2. I tell my dad that someone bought the game/movie for however much it is good for.
3. Blank Envelope is sent to me by winner, stuffed with 'money'
4. I stuff MY money into that envelope, and claim it was sent as the payment.
5. I package game/movie into a box, and send it back to the person who won.
5. Everyone is happy.
EVERYONE NEEDS TO PM ME WITH AN AGREEMENT!

RULES:
I reserve the right to change any rules or guidelines, as well as pretty much whatever I want at any time.
I reserve the right to cancel the raffle, and give a refund, if PARENTAL OR FEDERAL rules cause the shipping to become a major problem. Note that I'm 14.
People under 18 must have parental pemission to enter.
I keep nearly all UMDS.
I reserve the right to remove anyones entries without notice, or refund.
I reserve the right to cancel the raffle and issue refunds if less than 10 people participate in BOTH (i.e. 10 for each minimum)

IMO it's still confusing. Plus you can get double umds if you have 2 threads. That's just my opinion.
