i know it sounds really dumb but could you push it into your psp? maybe your just trying to slide it out

Not to sound like an ass but you are pressing it in and then trying to pull it out right. Not just trying to slide it out. It works with a spring.

If you are doing that then I don't know what to tell ya. Sorry! :D

This was supposedly an issue when people were importing. It something I read and I got worried about. Actually thats why I thought Sandisk put out the color versions ofthe pro duo. Cause they were smaller versions. You hear about it but not as much as the other issues regarding the psp.

I have the 32mb black one
256 mb orange
512 and 1Gb blue sandisk

I have never had any problems taking them in or out. Good luck with your problem though.

Same thing happened to a friend of mine, he just used a pair of tweezers and it came out fine.
