You didnt mention how you can register. Then you'll be able to revisit ALL the images you upload while you are logged on imageshack.
Once you've register (its free), then check your email. Click on the link they send you, and you'll be logged in from now on. Until you click "Log Out" of course. Once logged in, you'll be able to view "My Images". That will give you an inventory of everything you've uploaded while logged in. You can also FTP multiple images at a time. They have instructions on that as well.
