How many computers are on the network that you are connecting to ?
Try it on another connection, and see how it works out.

im not doing anything with it.. no im not upgrading or downgrading...there is 1 computer on the network.. and it shouldnt be my router because i havent done anything to the router to mess the psp connection up..
