Obviously you are running an Official Firmware Version from Sony (a.k.a. OFV).
You will have to be running a Custom Firmware Version to be able to run homebrew (like PSPtube) on your PSP. There are ways to do this, but you will have to do the homework yourself, not so many people want or like to spoonfeed each and everyone asking for instructions, unless it was not tackled on previous post or stickies before.Learning to do this yourself is gratifying and may make you more interested on what other things you can do for your PSP (well at least for myself anyway

Use the "search" function on this forum to look for post with instructions on how to use a Custom Firmware Version on your PSP if you want to maximize the enjoyment for having to own one.
But be warned, once you use a Custom Firmware,your Sony warranty will be voided, and there maybe a slim chance that your PSP may be "bricked" if you did it wrongly.
